Seeing Eye

He isn't actually a seeing eye dog but that'd be cool! I just couldn't come up with a name -_-

Charlie is a shelter dog and is chihuahua x terrier (Probably jack) and maybe some other breeds! Isn't his yellowyness fabulous!
His wittle precious face! People ask me if he is a puppy several times on every outting we have, he's 2 or 3 though.
